Insurance policies not done correctly. Wrong info sent into underwriting causing improper protection. We told them repeatedly that the insurance policies were incorrect. They said they’d fix but never did. So now we’re out a good deal of money. Why are we paying for insurance?! No protection and incorrect policies. This situation needs to be rectified and we need to made whole. Someone needs to be held accountable for their mistakes that costed us money.
