Very disappointed with the service handled by Justin and Brad. Multiple rates changed, outrageous quotes when there were mistakes made on there end in the first place. You can easily find cheaper quotes yourself online.
After years and years with the same agency, we just switched and are now working with Spectrum and Tammy Katers. Our experience has been nothing short of incredible. Tammy has been diligent in being on our side, shopping the market for the best and most cost effective carriers and has held our hand through the entire process.
