This has been one of the most unresponsive companies I have experienced. Communication from the service team is very slow, with phone calls and requests sometimes going unanswered for days. This created unnecessary frustration and made it difficult to get things handled efficiently. Based on my experience, I would not recommend.
Had spectrum insurance for a decade now. They have become about as useless as a flat tire. Quick to drop coverages, not willing to find the best rates, not sure if there all taking a nap or on vacation and quite frankly I feel there not in the best interest of the customers. I Think it’s time to finally switch after 10+ yrs to start out the new year! Happy NewYear everyone!
Had been using this company for the last few years with no issues. Now it’s like pulling teeth to get a response. I asked for a callback from my agents assistant to go over cost increase details now that my teen son got his license. I never got a callback to let me know my insurance was going to go up over $200 a month. I know it’s not in the agents control but it should be common courtesy to call a client back in a timely manner so new policy terms can be broken down and one’s budget isn’t blindsided.
