I asked for a callback from my agents assistant to go over cost increase details now that my teen son got his license. I never got a callback to let me know my insurance was going to go up over $200 a month. I know it’s not in the agents control but it should be common courtesy to call a client back in a timely manner so new policy terms can be broken down and one’s budget isn’t blindsided.
