I called spectrum to discontinue service. Today 4/4/25 spectrum rep came to my door to collect past due amount. I paid him the amount. In our conversation I told him that I called Spectrum to discontinue service. Today I found out they did not cancel the service. He said I had to call today to discontinue service. The following is why I am complaining. Customer service rep said that I still owed an additional payment, but when I previously called to cancel, they said I hung up.
