UNprofessional. After my scan, they didn't give me a copy of the scan like other places do, failed to provide a written AND verbal report to my GP even after her making several phone calls to chase it up. And I don't think radiographers are supposed to give their personal opinion on their findings, especially when it's bad news for the patients.
I had my anatomy scan done at Forrestfield radiology today with Shane, it was an amazing experience he talked me through the whole thing. Explaining everything he was doing. I’ve been to many scans before and unless your educated in ultrasound it’s hard to know what is happening and usually the tech doesn’t say much. So I was so grateful that he took the time to walk me through the whole process and I left feeling confident that my baby is happy and healthy. Will definitely recommend Forrestfield radiology to everyone.
Wow and this is utter disgust I speak with. The radiologist we dealt with was very rude and mannerless. Kept on reminding us that we were bulk billed. I see all these positive reviews and hope God saves the business from her
