I am very disappointed with the service provided by Steve Asikis, Personal Property Manager. I have sent him email and waited several days without receiving any response, only making a phone call to reach out but it was not a appropriate manner. This level of communication is unacceptable, especially when residents rely on timely support. The lack of follow-up shows a serious absence of responsibility in assisting residents.
