Ive been going here for year's they Recently changed me counselor which I didn't like. But the new one I had was as helpful as she could be then after maybe a month she left now they have almost no one and my apartment with a new one is going out Months I'm very disappointed

Front staff are entitled, rude and told me I was wasting the counselors time as they take money from my pocket. This place is a total waste of time. The only thing that keeps the building standing is David. Edit - Front staff has gotten much worse and it has forced me into looking for new mental health care. Beyond front staff the counseling situation is a joke. They can't keep decent counselors for more than a year or so because Spectrum underpays and overschedules them (i had over 3 leave spectrum for new companies within ... read more
