Been with this company over a year. Never had issues making appointments tho the time between them seems a bit longer than most. Med line always quick to help.

AVOID!! This is the absolute worst place to go for therapy. They are rude - reception will interrupt and talk over you when you are speaking. They are unreliable - they cancel appointments constantly, and I think its staffing issues - double bookings, and a very high staff turnover. Maybe this company needs to spend a larger share of their enormous "not for profit" profits less on upper management and more on hiring quality therapists and receptionists that can serve the communities that they are supposed to support.

Place is terrible, have to call multiple times to get anything done. Ran very unorganized

I can’t even cancel therapy/counseling appointments because my so called parent decided to go behind my back and tell the Springville location I have problems. I didn’t even know that I was being charged so high for the appointments I didn’t even schedule without a notice till now. This place is a joke.
