The folks at Spectrum are amazing. Fast reliable service. I've been using them for over 5 years now and they have never let me down. Their techs are polite and very knowledgeable. They're pricing is very fair.
Travis was very prompt & thorough with his service maintenance on our AC units. Definitely recommend Spectrum. Very professional. 2/19/2024 we had heating issue with downstairs unit, Travis diagnosed it needed new capacitor & unit works fine.
Do not trust this business, they are dishonest and deceitful they will take advantage of you and WAY overcharge for services they did not do or you didn’t authorize. These guys clearly work on some kind of commission with all the outlandish charges and dishonest work they claimed they did and much that was not ever needed. I was having issues with my salons air conditioning —they sent out a tech who said there were no issues with my unit but of course still charged me (for two hours of work and he was there less than hour). ... read more
We have used Spectrum for years. They are always on time, friendly and knowledgeable. They have done everything for us from fiddle with our thermostat to replace faulty parts. The price is always reasonable and about what they quoted. They don't "find" extra things wrong or try to up-sale me. Can't recommend them enough!
Travis saved the day! I came home from work at 3pm on 90 degree day to a hot house! Called spectrum and Travis arrived before 5. He diagnosed the issue, walked me through the process to resolve it, and had my system up and running in no time. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again for the save.
