Very expensive and try to get a quote upfront and try to compare with others. No issues with service though.
I'm local in Aubrey and had Travis come out to our home. Our AC wasn't cooling on the really hot days but would do fine on other days. Travis came and inspected the attic, outside unit and contacted me on the phone. He was very patient with all my questions and broke down the reality of my situation and the repairs. Travis has come out to our home on two separate occasions now and is knowledgeable, down to earth, and does not try to get more money out of you. He is trustworthy…you don’t have to wonder if he is trying to scam you. The job will be done right, while still trying to save you the most money. He is solution oriented. We will continue to use this company as long as Travis is working for them. Good, honest employees are hard to come by these days.
What a great experience. For a few years we’ve been getting Freon added to our system every year….Spectrum actually FOUND the leak. Then they helped adjust our air vents to make the air flow better. Can’t recommend them enough, the owner even stopped by to make sure it was taken care of right
Travis was friendly, professional, and efficient. And Laurita in the office helped me with the appointment and quote. Great work. Love these guys. I use them for my rental properties as well.
