Had a procedure at Maine Med 2/2025. At that time , I had Anthem primary with Aetna secondary COB. Get several bills from Spectrum (which is annoying on its own, be nice to have one consolidated statement). I notice only Anthem has been billed. My wife calls them (4/2025) and tells them the billing needs to be updated. The worst. I had an MRI on Dec31. Got a NASTY collection letter for $13.77 on July 17.. I never received a bill of phone call for this. Impossible to reach them by phone to ask about the bill of why I was not contacted. The worst.
Unfortunately, ratings don't matter to this company. They're a B2B service and have no incentive to fix their broken billing system. Phone rep was nice, though.
