I absolutely love this place. They have helped me so much in my road to recovery. Super friendly and treat me like a human (because I am!!!!). I go to the 4 pm group on Weds often because it is my release now. Being around people who have been there or are there is such a huge thing. I have made a few good friends who have become a key support now. There are some bad apples but that happens anywhere. I went there for about month and then my therapist left with out informing me. I got no phone call and had to keep calling spectrum to find out what happened. They told me they would call me back after they had a replacement. It's been over two months. How the program works if you've missed a month of therapy they have the right to stop services. This place is disgusting. I've been trying to get treatment for MONTHS but they turn me away every time. First time I went they aren't accepting walk ins that particular Wednesday. I call and make an appointment and go 5 minutes late and get turned away. They took my information so I go back but I lost my ID so I bring an old school ID, my social security card and birth certificate and they say they ID is too old.
