3 stars is being generous. Some days you are in line for 30 minutes or more. The past 2 days in a row I arrived and couldn't get my dose before work because I was told the nurse hadn't arrived yet! 2 days IN A ROW. Yesterday I drove all the way to Waltham to get my dose because if I had waited around for a nurse to show up here I would have been late for work. In fact I have been late for work several times because of this facility. Yet they hound you for payments and threaten to throw you off if you owe them 10 dollars. Thi... read more
Worst outpatient facility ive ever experienced.You cant get the help you need staff is unqualified and never there for more then 60 days. They keep you hostage for the mass health billing..Line to window is never under 30 minutes on a good day and instaead of offer help they find ways to crusify you. Break your hippa laws...call dcf under ASSUMPTIONS then go and amend them...they Do not work w people who have jobs they expect you to do what they say no flexability
