Being unfamiliar with the hospital,they directed me where I needed to go. Staff was helpful and my EKG went well, thank you for your care.
Very polite staff, maybe even a little understaffed. I would not recommend Urgent Care in Big Rapids. I went to Reed City ER several times and Family Care finally the doctor at Family Care tried a couple antibiotics and my last ER visit over a month of visits I was finally given the correct antibiotic for my cyclosporiasis that all of them were saying that it was. Polite staff very accommodating , slow to give treatment.
Had a rough start...seems to be working out so far. Will update as visits progress
