My husbands finger needed stitches this am. Instead they put glue on it which resulted in his finger bursting open gushing blood shortly after. They sent him on his way with no additional wrap on his finger, no band aid nothing. We WILL NOT be paying the bill for this trip. You couldn’t even provide basic patient care. He had to go in a second time to an urgent care who then couldn’t put stitches in after the glue had been put on. Because of the danger of infection. Do better.
We had to take our almost 3yo son in for a laceration on his tongue. Unfortunately it was our third visit (keeping boys from yeeting themselves into oblivion is hard 😂) and they have never disappointed but this time was just by and far one of the best ER experiences I’ve ever had. I'm a 48-year-old male that is homeless went into the ER on the 16th of febuary I was diagnosed with RSV by the doctors on staff the 18th of febuary I went back in to the ER because I was having problems breathing still after doing what they had suggested for me to do which was buy over the counter cough medicine to handle the cough and pain relievers for the headaches no after taking this it didn't do any better so I have been visiting some people I started passing out they called 911 text me by ambulance back to Reed City ... read more
