This place’s literal existence is to save face to people in Lakeview when corewell closed their hospital. There was never any intention on it running well, having good customer relations, or efficiency in services. your particular receptionist there continues to confirm my previous statement to be true. I love this office! Everyone is so kind and fun loving while be so professional at the same time. I am so glad that our family has transferred there.
Gave it one star because you cant do zero stars. Called in May to schedule an annual physical. I couldn't get an appointment until August 29th. They just yesterday called and canceled my appointment and couldn't reschedule until December. That's 7 months for a physical. They actually sounded surprised when I wouldn't reschedule and I asked why such a ridiculous wait. They said "we are busy". Good luck with them.
I am shocked by the bad reviews. I have always been seen promptly, and I was completely satisfied with the outcome. My docter is there as well. I found her there after she left another office. I've been with her for many years.
I've been into this place many of times because myself or my kiddos always seem to get sick on a weekend. And everyone there is amazing. Our favorite is Sada, she is very caring and straight to business and gets you in and out in a very timely manner.
