Alright, where do I even begin. I’ve been going here since I was 14, I am now 18. I officially left this excuse of a counselor office a week ago. My biggest issue: not being able to actually connect with ONE singular person. I started with Lauren, then was given to Kacey, then was given to Katy, and I was about to be passed onto another one due to Katy being pregnant(congrats! I am not mad about the details). There is a major issue with being able to reach these offices via phone. There is no option to leave a voicemail and NO ONE answers. Perhaps they are going out of business. Definitely do not recommend this agency.
