There is a major issue with being able to reach these offices via phone. There is no option to leave a voicemail and NO ONE answers. Perhaps they are going out of business. Definitely do not recommend this agency.
I know there is plenty of bad reviews and I truly don’t know why, this place really is great. Haley is the best, she has helped me so much already and is very flexible and understanding with my schedule.
I wish I was able to write a review without even having to award them 1 single star but it doesn't allow you to do that. This facility, their ENTIRE staff including the counselors and receptionist/secretary staff deserve ZERO STARS!! Not only have they not listened to anything I have ever said regarding our schedule availability and my children but they CONSISTENTLY cancel appointments and try to reschedule them out so far that it ends up being an entire month before my children get their half an hour appointments; which is ... read more
