Definition of appointment: An arrangement to meet someone at a particular time and place. I made an appointment, was on-time for said appointment. Was told the doc is running 30 min. late. So then after waiting an hour I left. The patients time is worth as much as the doctors and it is B.S. and disrespectful to think that making patients with an appointment wait an hour or more is OK.
