This is the worst place I have ever been too. Was sent an email saying to do an e check in so I did it took awhile to get everything done and signed. Did not see anyplace on it that said you have to check in at window even though you are doing it by e check in. After people were being called in right after they got here I went to the window to find out what was going on then was told they could not see my grandson today and it would be 2 weeks before they could get him in. This place is a joke.
My children love having Dr Collaer as their pediatrician. She's patient and thorough, her nurse is awesome. Appointments are easy, wait time is minimal and the office staff are great. I highly recommend!
Absolutely go somewhere else. They'll say there's lots of openings, you show up and now won't get you in for walk in without a long wait.
The office is great all around! Dr Collaer is a wonderful pediatrician, very thorough and caring. The office staff is friendly and handle their multifaceted jobs efficiently. Scheduling is easy as long as you follow the correct prompts on the phone tree. Glad to have this amazing office in our community!
