Anytime you call you end up waiting on hold and chances are your call will be disconnected. Being seen same day is virtually impossible, which forces you to go to the walk-in clinic, where you end up waiting hours. Scheduling is a nightmare in all aspects. Our family doctor is great, but I wish he was with a different facility where we could actually see him when we need to.
Spent 25 minutes in the phone tree just trying to speak to staff. When finally reaching them, staff hung up. Called again to tell them there was a phone program and they didn’t seem to care. Would not recommend!
Right from the start you feel safe and welcome. Never have I waited in line to enter the building, check in, or check out. My wait to see my doctor was no more than 10 minutes. I have always felt comfortable and safe with the cleaning they do, both Inside and outside the offices.
