Since the corewell take over I absolutely DESPISE coming here! I came in with severe dehydration while fighting influenza A. Complained of dizziness, severe migraine, cramping, nausea, etc. They gave me a bag of saline and came and discharged me. Never asked if I was feeling better or if I had any other concerns. During my stay I had asked for pain meds and they said they were waiting until I had a pregnancy test. After it came back negative I was immediately discharged. Thanks for nothing! Fastest ER in the west Michigan area. My wife has to come here often and we rarely have a single person ahead of us and they get her back immediately and take great care of her. We have not had similar experiences at other hospitals…

This place is a joke!!!! Spent 2 hrs trying to get a x-ray with nobody in waiting room to loose my patience and leave. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional

Took my son to the ER for a tick bite and it doubled in size. We get in the back and all that happens is they give him an antibiotic and don't even check him for Lime Disease. WHEN DID WE START GIVING OUT MEDS BEFORE WE CHECK SOMEONE TO SEE IF THEY HAVE IT

Very bad. Dr Lou is a bad doctor. She must be newer. She doesn't care about patients. The nurse was mean and didn't care. Apparently they are burnt out and it shows.
