Its been a year but I still have a permanent scar on my skin because of lack of attention and cleaning on a very deep and open wound I got in a golf cart accident. I showed up and a scab infused with dirt was formed over the wound already and nurses and doctors simply wiped my wound with warm water and soap which maybe would have helped had the actually examined how deep the wound was. Absolutely the worst ER I have had the distinct displeasure of visiting. There are many times I have been dismissed here for mild to moderate issues, but this morning's visit is worth writing a review for. I went in to the ER this morning exhibiting EVERY SINGLE TEXTBOOK SYMPTOM for a partial bowel obstruction. I have a medical history of adhesions and scar tissue throughout my entire lower abdomen from severe endometriosis and a bicycle injury to my lower left quadrant. Terrible service, front desk is zero help. Ridiculously long lines. Zero patience for patient care. Nobody checking on patients.

Since the corewell take over I absolutely DESPISE coming here! I came in with severe dehydration while fighting influenza A. Complained of dizziness, severe migraine, cramping, nausea, etc. They gave me a bag of saline and came and discharged me. Never asked if I was feeling better or if I had any other concerns. During my stay I had asked for pain meds and they said they were waiting until I had a pregnancy test. After it came back negative I was immediately discharged. Thanks for nothing!
