We went last night to see if my gf had this parasite that’s seem to spread as of late, all they did was make us wait a total of 4 hours. Just to not even test for the parasite we mentioned. They think they know it all when literally 5 other people came in for the same reason we did. Sent us home with an antibiotic and said it’s a uti. Which she has no symptoms of. Horrible in person and on the phone
horrible experience… waited for almost 4 hours for them to say everything is normal. had us waiting for random tests just for all tests to come back normal. nobody cares to check in, it’s clear the staff just tries to say they’re so busy or so backed up… absolutely outrageous. NEVER COME HERE!!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE IN REAL PAIN!!!!

Its been a year but I still have a permanent scar on my skin because of lack of attention and cleaning on a very deep and open wound I got in a golf cart accident. I showed up and a scab infused with dirt was formed over the wound already and nurses and doctors simply wiped my wound with warm water and soap which maybe would have helped had the actually examined how deep the wound was.
