Un able to answer the phone.
This office is excellent. The office staff is friendly and patient. The technicians as skilled and kind. Ryan Mallo, DNP, is thorough and follows up on problems. He does not assess just the presenting problem if he sees something else that needs addressed, he is concerned with the whole person, and wants to see his patients healthy and cared for. I am extremely happy with the care we have received here.
I moved here from CA Oct 2017, told I had to wait till Aug to get an appointment, I am disabled for 14 years with serious back issues and other chronic problems and I finally get in to see Ryan Mallo in early July 2018 and he's more interested telling me about his thesis in college then my problems, then schedules a physical the end of August, I had to go back to CA twice to see my doctor there for care because these people can't handle patients with problems, they said they would determine if I was disabled. Always rescheduling and blaming patients for them not calling in scripts
