Do not go here. They lied and told me I was in network, and it took me two weeks to get them to talk to me and admit that they were out of network. Angie got snarky about it. They really need to fire their staff. Then, when I tried to call back to discuss with them more, she hung up on me immediately.
I specifically asked them not to record specific medical information about me, and I watched the doctor write down the information on my intake form in front of me. I do not plan on going back.
