This place constantly runs over and hour per patient. I have 4 children in the area and they never can be efficient at moving through patients. It always is the worst experience.
They are busy, 100% understand that and appreciate they are here. 2 hours in the waiting room, and now an hour in the back since I have seen a living breathing person is a little ridiculous. Will definitely not come back here if I can avoid it.
The doctor and staff were so nice and I felt like they actually cared about figuring out what was wrong with me. I know a lot of places that will tell you they don't know and then send you on your way. So I really appreciated how I was treated, would recommend!
I expected a long wait, but they were able to see me in under an hour. However, I did say yes to a telehealth exam (speaking with a Dr on video chat). There was a nurse in the room the entire time to assist the Dr. The facility was clean and nurse Sandy was great. Make sure to go to the brick building across the street from the hospital for the walk in clinic.
Sat at the urgent care for over 3 hours, did not receive the quality of care that I should have. Do not recommend going, you might as well go to the emergency room and you will get better care and less wait time.
