Rude receptionist, they cancelled my appointments for months with no alternative psychologist provided. Lack of communication with no care or compassion for how they treat people
Got an appointment booked in finally after being on waiting list for months. Due to high anxiety i have to really build myself up to talk. 2 hours before appointment in morning received a call to say appointment cancelled due to conflict of interest. but no explanation on what conflict was and will book you in for another appointment in 2 weeks with another person Wouldn't recommend these to anyone quick to charge you $50 if you cancelled appointment
