People in charge should know that we’re experiencing poor connection most of the time. No surprise why, look at these pictures and this cable management! I can’t even count how many times we’ve had a technician come over to fix something outside our unit, and we still have a terrible connection. Our internet constantly drops, lags, or just disappears for up to 10 minutes at a time, a few times in a single hour sometimes.

I have been here for 8 months at an assisted living facility in IL and have seen the lack of corporate care for the residence deteriorate greatly. They want to cut corners to save money which affecting the quality of food that comes out the kitchen, The care givers are overworked as the staff is working one care giver short due to census. What about the rest of us - is census that important????? The quality of food in deteriorating and the weekly menu leaves some of us hungry for non-oriental, non- mexican food. My mom lives in the Oaks of Algonquin. Just recently, a new food plan was implemented that requires the residents to pay $400/month for one mandatory meal a day. A MANDATORY meal in independent living. That would be somewhat acceptable if the food met with the dietary restrictions of the residents. Or if the meals made sense. All they care about is money! I moved out of a Spectrum facility two months ago because the food was awful! At 84 yrs old I had to do all of my own cooking. Now they are forcing you to pay for food you can’t eat! To top it off, I moved out in the middle of the month two months ago and have still not received my refund. A may have to contact my attorney.

I have to believe Spectrum doesn't care about the people in their facilities except for collecting their money. My Mom was one of the first to move in 3 years ago in Illinois. Now 3 years later the place is worse than ever. You would think it would improve with time and experience. Because she is 90, I hate to think of moving her again. The KITCHEN is the worst, terrible meals and no one knows how to cook. Wait staff are nice.
