Can't recommend them enough they're great!
Amazing job with Therapeutic Massages. The massage school also provides lower cost massages at certain times of the year. It's best to follow them on Facebook to keep up on those schedules. I've always had a great experience with Spectrum!
Attended the CAST ( counter assault and stalking tactics) couse and I found it to be extremely helpful. It was well taught and affordable for the knowledge given to us. Would highly recommend to anyone considering the class!
My wife and I enrolled our 8-year-old son into BJJ. When my wife took him to the trial period she was very impressed with coach Mike. She said he was the perfect mixture of sternness & gentleness. All the kids are very well-mannered and show respect, and clearly it has been taught to them in class. I know this because I sit and watch each class.
