Jen is absolutely fantastic! Her extensive knowledge of ponds and fish is truly impressive. What sets her apart is her ability to share her expertise in a way that's easy to understand, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Plus, her prices are very competitive. Highly recommend working with her for all your pond needs and fish care!
Contacted Jen as I'd lost 3 fish over a few months & noticed another that seemed lethargic. Jen came & tested water samples from my pond & also a scrape from the fish & found parasites. She wrote down the treatments to use . Also recommended that the bottom of the pond could do with a vacuum to remove the build up of silt . Very impressed with Jens knowledge & would highly recommended her.
We asked Jen for help to re home our fish. What a lovely experience it was, she is so caring and knowledgeable, and even sent us a picture of them in their new home! If you need any help with fish and ponds, we cannot recommend this lady highly enough. Don't go anywhere else. Thanks also to Harry for his help and being so caring too.

I was at bit of a loss, couldn’t seem to get anyone to come out and diagnose a sick fish for me. Petzone gave Jen’s number, she came straight round round, did a scrap and found parasites. Jen then cleaned the fish to remove the nasties and wrote script for the appropriate water treatment. Very please, very responsible and gave lots of free advise to help me take care of the pond. Highly recommend
