Was flat out lied to and was pressured to open an account by a deadline which was inaccurate. Thankfully i reached out to a proper fiduciary and confirmed my suspicion prior to signing anything. After being told wrong information I decided not to do business with this company.
I've been trying to get someone on the phone for months now. They just don't answer. As a policy holder, this is not acceptable.
Greg and Steve are so knowledgeable when it comes to finances. They are both intentional with their talks about money. They really stand by their word of putting their clients first and they are very informative to the average customer.
