If I could give a place zero stars I would. Absolute WORST costumer service. They have been giving my mom the run around for 3 weeks. She doesnt have her contacts. The store keeps the prescription and doesn’t provide a copy so she can order elsewhere. She ask for her contacts to be delivered. The manager is rude and incompetent. There has been a lot of miscommunication on her part and on top of that you cant bother to learn your customers names? You keep addressing her by the wrong last name. Where is her order?
