We had an appointment for my 90 yr old father this morning at 11. He wasn’t taken back until 11:50. While I understand there are delays, this happens all the time and they don’t even tell you when you’re checking in that there’s a delay. Many of the patients are elderly and keeping them waiting is extraordinarily rude. They double book consistently. Completely unacceptable!
This visit was excellent ..the tech who checked my vision was professional, efficient & informative.. Dr Lelis as always was very professional & very efficient & explained in detail what I need to watch for in my vision & report as necessary.. I am so satisfied with my eye care at this office…
