I had a booked an appointment to have a new electrical outlet installed through the Handy app. Three times they cancelled the service on the day of the service. It was a waste of my time and an extra week of waiting to get the job done. Not sure if I should blame Spectrum or Handy more for the failure but completely dissatisfied with the last minute cancellations.
Mike did much electrical work for my commercial building. I called on him over an over because of his skills, organization, competence, and reliability. I'm in a different line of work now, but I will always reach out to Spectrum first, and recommend anyone else to do the same.
