Most of the people that work there except one named SoSo who is the most unprofessional person there is. That is why I stopped doing any servicing there and chose to go to a different dentist
Truly awesome Dentist (Dr. Chan) and his staff! Bright & personable staff from the front office through the entire procedure! Dr. Chan was able to squeeze me in for an emergency tooth extraction. It was painless and they were so gentle! Even though going to a dentist has never been one of my favourite activities (lol), I actually look forward to my next visit! Thank you so much!
Maybe the front desk not so good at making reservation, but good at deleting bad reviews. Good luck for people who are going there.

Dr. Chan has been our dentist for myself, my parents, my siblings and my growing family for over the last 20+ years. They have great customer service and they're amazing with my kids. Soso and Rubbie are always great to see every time we visit and it's nice they enjoy following up with their clients. They make you feel comfortable and at home whenever you're there.
