If I could give Spectrum Construction Services a negative star, I Absolutely would. They sent an incompetent, Lazy, arrogant jerk. He did a horrible job. He does not take criticism well. He thinks he does a great job, but he cuts corners making his finished work look ugly. His laziness to do a job well has cost me a Lot of mental and emotional pain.
