Front desk reception including concierge and security guards are not welcoming and accommodating AT ALL in any way. Booking and using service elevators in this building is such a hassle. Every time, we go with the inquiry to the front desk, the lady concierge and the old security guards makes faces and responds rudely. Not doing their job right or serving any purpose. Ridiculous condo management. I would like to escalate this matter to their manager!
Worst Experience Ever with Condo Management – Immediate Action Required This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any condo management. I enjoyed my time living here. It was only a few months, but the neighborhood is very nice and management was always very helpful and attentive.
