We are so grateful to Josh at True North Restoration. He showed up for us when we really needed a true professional. We were left hanging by another local company and Josh came over when we were at a loss for what to do. His years of expertise and professionalism were calming and reassuring as he walked through and examined the damaged areas. He is a true professional and a man of integrity. My husband and I worked with Josh, Brian, and the team for trauma remediation and rebuilding and can't say enough good things about them. Our specific remediation took about 3 days, and they kept us informed throughout the entire process. Josh even came back in person to follow up and answer our lingering questions, which meant a lot. Incredible work , professionalism and price. I had 6 quotes for water and mold remediation. Josh was able to talk through the process in a manner that was not hype and not fear-based, like some of the other companies. Do not look any further. Call True North and talk with Josh if he's available.
