Spectrum did amazing on my carpets! Great price and turned out beautiful! He was very responsive and gave me a quote in a timely manner! 10/10 recommend couldn't give them enough stars!!!
I called Spectrum for some deep carpet cleaning to prepare our house for sale. I picked them randomly having never having had our carpet cleaned before. We could not have chosen better. They removed deep, old stains that i was expecting to simply lighten. Instead they are gone! Service was prompt, friendly and professional.
I wish I can give better star. But this rating is for carpet cleaning. Person who showed up was awesome. They were available same day. Appreciate that. The charge was $180, gave $200. My carpet looked like it was vacuumed only with hot water something I could’ve done. Stained didn’t get removed from carpet, even now the carpet is dried you can visibly see “all the original stains” and the reason we wanted professional cleaner.
