Leaving the American century golf tournament in Lake Tahoe and wanted to give a Big shout out to Shomari Kendrick who was our bar tender at hole 17! Sho made delicious drinks and was so personable. Appreciate her professionalism and knowledge of the bar! Highly recommend Shomari!
Working the chevron championship golf event for nbc got to lunch to find out they ran out of half the food they had they even ran out of lettuce for salad what catering runs out of food especially for such a big event its your job to have enough food i dont understand its a big crew with bog eaters if you are hosting a event with over 75 people would not recommend this catering we work hard long hours and to not have enough is unacceptable and poor planning
Almost every single negative review is placed by a temp worker who was hired by staffing agency, (LGC, Event Aces, People Ready, etc) and it seems their displeasure and issues are due to the lack of communication, organization and clarity from the folks who they actually work for. Spectrum is a wonderful organization to work for, family oriented, and a warming and loving community of colleagues.
This is by far a terrible company to side work for. Or work for directly. in 2022 I worked an ACL event with LGC staffing and this company was the client / host (head boss) LGC had us choose which position we’d like to work in. I picked Catering. This was my first time working under LGC for spectrum catering and ACl music festival in 2022 this year for me went great I didn’t seem to have any issues at all.
