Appointment scheduling was an easy and friendly process. Our technician Daniel was knowledgeable and he did a fantastic job! We will definitely recommend to friends and family, and use their services in the future!
Great service. Great technician. Results were better than expected. We have young kids and old dogs so keeping the carpets clean is always a challenge. We will definitely use Spectrum again.
The carpets looked beautiful after Spectrum cleaned them. Pet stains were removed. I did think the carpets were very wet after cleaning. It took about 2 days before everything was completely dry. I wish more water had been extracted at the end. Other than that we were satisfied with their service.
