Ken Palmer, and his girlfriend and co-worker, Courtney Tessler, misrepresented themselves, their knowledge, and the company. They performed far below subpar work, stole materials, failed to achieve permits, used non-English speaking laborers, and provided them with no supervision. His slogan is "we build dreams". If you dream of dealing with a nightmare contractor- this is accurate. This guy is everything you have ever heard of in a bad contractor all wrapped up in one. Over-promising and under-delivering, coupled with zero communication, inability to follow instructions, poor quality workmanship (that violates county codes), and subcontractors that don't speak English and are given no work instructions.
