Reviews are true!!avoid this place you will regret if you come to pick up a load they gave a dock 4 hours ago and they haven’t started loading me yet called shipping they only answer once just to gain time but won’t answer your number anymore if they send you to 74 or over dock numbers you will have to walk all around to shipping office just for another stupid answer from rude personal
Showed up at 4 pm and docked at 4:30. Didn’t start loading until 11 pm and they finished at 3:30 am. Doofus came beating on my door kicking me out before the light even turned green. These people here are goof balls. If you have a pick up here be ready to sit all day and be ready to get treated like a robot.
Joke of a facility. Checked in at 1100 for a 1130 appt. Been sitting in the dock 4 hours now and still haven't started loading me. Edit : 8 hours to load, still waiting on paperwork now
Stopping at the guard shack I didn't care for her seems like she has an attitude idk might just be her personality. To check in at door 15 the women there at the receiving was very welcoming and informative. To get unloaded 1hr.
