I purchased the Hot Shot Maxatrax ant bait for a few ants that I noticed. Within 4 days of putting the baits out, the ant population has taken over my entire house. They walk around the bait boxes. I have thrown out about $75.00 in groceries now. The company offered to refund me the amount of the bait which is why I gave them 2 star rating vs a 1. But now I still have the ants and no groceries. Putting products out that don't work is so expensive for the consumer. It's just frustrating!!!
Last Thursday I sent an email inquiring when an AC adapter for my litter box would be in stock to purchase. On Friday I received an email back from L. McCormick saying one would shipped to me and to expect in about a week. Exactly one week later I received, hooked it up right away and am the happiest kitty parent! Thank you very much for sending the item when you didn't have to. I was more than willing to purchase it! Outstanding customer service!
