She sees my teens and they live her! We feel really good about her advice and her office.
Sadly, I have to rate this facility one star. If I had the option to rate less I would. I reached out to this facility (Springfield, PA location) to schedule the intake appointments for both my son and myself a month or so in advance. My insurance information was taken before the appointments could be made to make sure our insurance was accepted. Dr Pamela Ralph has been a great help with myself and my son!
Very disappointed with my previous appointment. I made the appointment when I needed her the most but she rushed me out within 10 minutes because she had another appointment apparently. I was a patient of hers for 8 years. Going to find a new Pschyitrist.
