They defraud the mentally handicapped all the time. If you miss an appointment they bill you what the they would bill the insurance. They don't answer phones and don't care if your OK. they will not call to reschedule an appointment nor will they even try to help you with your condition. I had to have my attorney write a letter threatining to sew for fraud if they kept billing me. Bad staff providers and service. NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN
If I could give Spectrum ZERO stars, I would. This place is an absolute disaster, from the administration to the service providers. You are just a number there. For people and professionals dealing with individuals with mental health issues, they ought to be a little more compassionate, organized, and flexible. They are anything but. Not only is it impossible to get appointments, but when you show up for your scheduled appointment, you generally have to wait 45-60 minutes (or longer) to see your provider.
