Their customer service towards new customers is very poor, not responding and they don't keep their promises. When I had my winter tires changed there, they even continued to use the torn plastic bags that I had brought along, just so cheap! Will not go back.
Good services and fair prices.
I brought my car here to have my winter tires installed. When I came back to have my summer tires put on, they told me the wheel lock/key was too tight and ended up breaking it. Instead of taking responsibility for the damage they caused, they told me I had to go buy a new one myself. When I asked if they would cover the cost since it happened during their service, they refused. Very disappointing customer service and lack of accountability.
