Instore reps have little to no training on procedures and equipment. I tried returning my modem that I purchased after IT tech told me too and the woman tried telling me it was stolen and I can’t have it back. The modem was paid for on another account after it not being returned but she claimed spectrum still owned it. Not sure why they charge you then.
