I don’t want to diminish anyone’s else’s experiences, but for me I was very fortunate to get a fantastic psychologist. I was always taken seriously and was never labeled as attention seeking. I have since been completely hospital free for a few years now and have not required any area mental health services for a good while too. Thank you for all the support.

I was pressured to go to spectrum due to their reputation and my team organised it for me with little input from me. I was hurried into their programs with very poor communication. On the day of assessment it was cancelled. There were several delays as i then waited 9 months for treatment after assessment. I didnt know which program I was in or why but apparently it was decided for me at the assessment. Once in, I was put in groups which were online, which had never been flagged prior.
