They need to compensate people because there service is horrible!! Multiple outages all the time!!!
I'd give 0 stars if I could. After 20 years of being with these jerks and suffering through frequent outages, much lower than advertised speed and constant price increases, we had the opportunity to use another ISP. I canceled my Spectrum service 9 days into the billing cycle and they charged me for the entire month. When I complained, I was told this was correct and I should read my contract. I will do without the internet if I'm ever in another situation where Spectrum is my only choice.
