This company is a life line for those who have specialised communication needs. They have a range of wonderful products including AAC accessories and switch toys, are always willing to help and are thorough in their communication for ordering, delivery through to the overall experience once the items have been received. There is really no other place I would go and my only hope is they will continue to provide goods and services that will enable my son on his communicative journey. Highly recommended A+++

Such an incredibly disappointing experience with Spectronics. Our speech pathologist wanted to trial a GoTalk for my son before she went on leave. We got the quote at the end of July with a view to start the trial at the start of August, so we proceed with the next step. We completed all of the paperwork and submitted it. Spectronics had my consent form signed and returned, a month later we still have heard nothing. So we follow up, they state they haven't got that form. So they send it again... Terrible
Outsourced my Accounting firm’s IT to SpecTronics. Been with them for 3 months now and really happy with their service. Very knowledgeable about Cloud computing and helped us seamlessly move a lot of our operations to the cloud. Would be happy to recommend.
