Christian is very rude and unpleasant. Very unprofessional and bad manners. I’d rather be homeless than have to deal with him to purchase or sell a home.
A rough real estate agent by the name of Christian Ziade returned my phone call inquiring about a commercial property he has listed at 194 Liverpool Road, Ashfield. Christian provided misleading information about the property. He claimed the property was in "pristine condition," which did not match my expectations based on the photos and further inquiries.
