If I could give them zero stars I would. Avoid this company.
Terrible products and lackluster service. I spent 200 bucks on a cold air intake and it was missing the main spacer part that goes around the three inch throttle body which allows the four inch elbow to fit on. Called customer service first thing on Monday and spoke to somebody named "Isaiah" and he said he would send one right out next day air. Here it is Friday and no missing part. So yeah I already suspected he would flake on me so I already ordered a 4 to 3 inch elbow from Amazon which is what these lazy tools should hav... read more
Called to confirm shipping before I ordered. Paid for overnight (Wednesday). Called on Thursday because I didn't see a shipping confirmation. Customer service told me to wait a day for overnight delivery. What? Said it would be here Friday. On Friday I got a shipping confirmation for a MONDAY delivery. They were apologetic and claim they'll return my "overnight" shipping charge. But I won't use them again. They dropped the ball even after I followed up with them. At least Customer service was good.
